Refund policy
Last updated: May 2026
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your order and receive a refund in accordance with Swedish and EU consumer protection law (Distansavtalslagen).
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision within this 14-day period by contacting us at the email address below.
Condition of Returned Items
As we sell vintage and second-hand books, each item is sold as described in the product listing. Returned items must be in the same condition as when received. Please handle all items with care during the return period. If an item is returned in a worse condition than sent, we reserve the right to deduct a proportional amount from the refund to reflect the reduction in value.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exception: if an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, we will cover the return shipping cost in full.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: custom or personalised orders, and items damaged after delivery by the customer.
How to Return an Item
Contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and reason for return. We will confirm your request and provide the return address. Please pack the item securely and send it back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice — we recommend using a tracked service.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds include the original standard outbound shipping cost paid at the time of purchase.
If an item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately with photos and we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Under Swedish consumer law, you have the right to make a complaint about a faulty or misdescribed item for up to three years from the date of purchase.
Disputes
If we are unable to resolve a dispute to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) at arn.se, or use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
