Shipping policy

We ship all orders from Sweden to destinations across Sweden and Europe.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Sweden: 2–4 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days

These are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking via PostNord. Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs & Duties
For shipments within the EU, no customs duties or import taxes apply. Please note that Norway, while included in our European shipping zone, is outside the EU customs area. Norwegian customers may be subject to import charges upon delivery — this is outside our control and is the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.
